GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

These general conditions of use apply to the use of the website of the Doctor Implant Centre La Jonquera clinic (the “Clinic”) published by ENPS (the “Editor”).
By accessing or using the Professional’s website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use (the “T&Cs”).
These expressly include by reference the personal data protection policy applicable to the Site, the Site’s cookie policy, as well as the Site’s legal notices.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.
Changes
The Editor reserves the right to modify the T unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice.

You may print or download Content from the Site for your strictly personal, non-commercial, informational, or educational use, provided that you keep all copyright notices and other proprietary notices intact.
You may not, in any way, copy, disseminate, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate, or create other derivative works, or sell, rent, or license all or part of the Content, products, or services obtained from this Site, by any means and to any person, unless expressly authorized by the T, through a license, a subscription agreement, or explicit authorization from the Editor.

The Editor is not responsible for content specifically published by or at the request of the Professional or any person external to the Editor.
Furthermore, the Editor is not responsible for any element that does not comply with the Charter of the Council of the Order of Dental Surgeons.
Unless expressly authorized by the Editor, you agree not to use any robot, spider, crawler, or other automatic download program, algorithm, or device, or any similar or equivalent manual process to: (i) search, extract, create deep links, or index continuously and automatically any Content; (ii) collect personal information from the Site for the purpose of sending unsolicited or unauthorized materials; or (iii) cause an interruption in the operation of the Site or in the use of the Site by a third party.
If the Site contains robot exclusion files or headers, you agree to respect them and not use any device, software, or routine to circumvent them.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or feature of the Site, to any other system or network connected to the Site or to any Elsevier server, or to any product or service provided by, accessible through the Site, or distributed through the Site.
You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, or undermine the security or authentication measures of the Site or any network connected to the Site.
You may not use this Site to download and redistribute public information or contributory software for personal benefit, or distribute multiple copies of public domain information or contributory software.
Rights and permissions
Any questions regarding the extent to which a particular use is permitted and any request for permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, or perform derivative works of any work published by the Editor, any image, or other content, should be directed to the Editor.

We do not claim ownership of any content, application, or other materials provided by the Professional or any third party (including opinions and suggestions) and are in no way responsible for their content, accuracy, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Editor’s liability may only arise from events that are directly attributable to it and that cause it damage directly linked to those events.

The Editor is not responsible for your misuse of the Site or any fault on your part or for acts attributable to a third party.

Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
These general conditions are subject in all their aspects to French law.
The parties agree to make every effort to amicably resolve any dispute that may arise from the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of the TCs.
In the absence of an agreement within one (1) month, said dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, even in the event of an incidental or guarantee claim or multiple defendants.
Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of the TCs will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
